Tucked in one of the corners of the cozy Hilton Hotel in Cebu is the Seas Restaurant. Its menu offers a gastronomic adventure that ensures to satisfy one’s hunger and cravings, awakens one’s senses, and satisfies every sleeping palate in your taste buds, and takes one to a dreamy culinary experience!
A selection from its three main courses gives one that full, delectable feeling. What with courses that have been an easy fave of guests as well. These include Ahi tuna steak (with oriental risotto, herbed tomato salsa, and sautéed spinach), grilled U.S. beef fillet (with oxtail parcel, green beans, wild mushroom mashed potatoes), and the rack of Australian spring lamb (with spaghetti “Aglio E Olio”, crisp ratatouille and lamb jus).
For a sweet ending, one can pick from its selection of confections. These include the chocolate marquise with jasmine tea jelly, fresh fruit platter, selection of ice creams, mango crème brake, and the dark rum-chocolate sponge.
Prior to its official launching last July 1, 2009, the new Seas menu selection has pleased the discriminating taste of the society’s who’s who, big-wigs, including consuls and various leaders, media friend, most especially, each and every Hilton Hotel guests.

This allows a preview of what they can expect from their dish, helping guests to create an idea of what their palates will soon experience!
